The platform

Software built for the work, not adapted to it.

Chalet Labs develops its own web and mobile platform rather than stitching together third-party tools. Owners, residents, applicants and our own team work from one record, so nothing is retyped and nothing is lost between systems.

Owner dashboard

Collected rent, expenses, work orders, inspections and asset condition — live, rather than assembled at year end.

Owner tools →

Resident portal

Pay rent, report a repair, track its progress and read the property record from a phone.

On-demand self-showing

A prospective tenant requests a viewing and a vetted host is dispatched to open the property.

Manual operations

Taking the coordination out of the day.

Most property management work is chasing: chasing a vendor, chasing a signature, chasing an invoice that arrived three weeks ago. None of it is difficult and all of it consumes the time that should go to the property.

The platform holds the schedule, the vendor list, the work-order history and the lease dates. Reminders fire from the record rather than from someone's memory.

  • Showing requests routed to available hosts automatically
  • Work orders created, assigned and closed with a full history
  • Inspection and preventative maintenance schedules that trigger themselves
  • Lease dates, renewals and notices tracked against each unit

Financial reporting

A statement that is already up to date.

An owner should not have to ask what the property earned. Rent collected, fees, vendor invoices and reserves are recorded as they happen, so the monthly statement is a view of the record rather than a separate exercise.

Property condition

The asset, tracked over time.

Every property gets a condition record from the first walk-through: what is there, what condition it is in, when systems were last serviced, and what work is coming. Each inspection adds to it.

The result is that maintenance becomes planned rather than discovered. A water heater with four years left is a line in next year's budget, not an emergency call at midnight.

We will walk a property you own, load it into the platform, and show you the dashboard with your numbers in it before you commit to anything.
