The platform covers leasing, payments, maintenance, inspections and owner reporting. It is not a greenfield prototype — it runs a real operation where a bug means someone's rent is wrong or a repair does not happen.

You will look after real homes and real tenancies in Sacramento. That means inspections, vendors, notices and conversations — and a platform that removes the admin so you can spend the time on the property.
- Portfolio management across single-family and small multifamily
- Leasing, screening and lease preparation
- Maintenance coordination and vendor management
- Owner communication and reporting
- Compliance with California landlord–tenant law and fair housing rules
